When the Air Jordan II was released in 1986 they were considered the most refined basketball sneaker ever made. Originally manufactured in Italy, they featured a faux lizard skin upper, "Wings" logo on the tongue, and available in both high- and low-top models. Since 1986 the Air Jordan II has been re-released many times, and is currently available in fresh new colorways.
